Client Resolution Specialist
Adecco is assisting a client in recruiting for Client Resolution Specialist in Akron NY _._ This is a full time, long term, temp to hire, opportunity with starting pay at $18.00 hourly. Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Responsibilities for this Client Resolution job include: + Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns. + Confer with customer via telephone and/email to solve the client’s concern. + Work with other departments to solve the issue. + Work with shipping carriers on getting packages re-routed, filing claims & etc. + Process remake order if needed. + Sort through damaged/mis-printed items to see if there are any good pieces. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. + Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, or comments, as well as actions taken. + Processing orders following order flow instruction. + QC on certain products as assigned. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Excel + Experience working with UPS, and FedEx + 1-3 years of Customer Service/Sales experience + Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. + Must be able to communicate with customers while sounding clear and professional. + Ability to multitask.
