Summary

JOB SUMMARY: The Center for Hope is seeking a full-time Program Monitor to support the mission of delivering essential assistance to clients facing urgent needs. This role will oversee the administration of our Client Resource Program, which provides financial support for clients with urgent needs, serve as a resource liaison, and collaborate with victim services regarding MD Criminal Injuries Compensation, community resource closet, and data around these efforts. The Program Monitor will be responsible for managing budgets, processing transactions in compliance with grant guidelines, and collaborating with victim services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred. 3-5 years of experience Excellent computer skills, experience with databases, spreadsheets, graphs and charts. Highly detail oriented, well-organized and analytical. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as a member of a team, self-motivated, honest, commitment to accuracy
and thoroughness, general knowledge/comfort with financial and legal matters, appreciation of need to
comply with government regulation. Ability to see big picture as well as attend to detail. Reports to the Grants Compliance Manager.
