TOGETHER WE WIN® **THE OPPORTUNITY** Responsible for assisting with Operational Risk and Compliance functions within Client Support & Fulfillment by adhering to the Company’s Compliance Management Program (CMP). Completes routine compliance testing, risk monitoring and reporting. Assists with audit requests within the Department. Responsible for performing all CIP/CDD/EDD processes related to BSA/AML/OFAC as well as assisting with the communication and resolution of findings and issues. Performs all routine SOX, operational risk and compliance control testing for Department. Supports with workflows and conformity between internal/external clients, Business Units, BSA/AML, Operational Risk and Compliance. Analyzes patterns and trends, and communicates with Supervisor to ensure that risks are adequately identified and addressed. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Adheres to all applicable U.S., state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** + Carries out daily operational risk management and compliance activities including risk reporting, routine testing and monitoring. + Assists in the identification of relevant compliance matters and escalates them for awareness and/or potential action as appropriate to the Department Supervisor. + Promotes a culture of risk awareness across the organization. + Routinely assists in identifying deficiencies to be addressed, tracked, remediated and monitored for closure as defined in the Issue Management Process. + Provides support in audit exam coordination and collects any requested information on a timely basis. + Follows BSA/AML guidelines and serves as a liaison; guides on-boarding process through intermediate matters, escalating high profile matters to the Department Supervisor. + Works with BSA/AML to resolve any additional concerns pertaining to sanctions (e.g. OFAC), Politically Exposed Person (PEPs), or other negative news identified that could bring adverse reputational risk to the Bank. + Facilitates timely responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) from the BSA/AML Department. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
