Client Server Software Analyst

Overall experience of 2-4 years

Working knowledge of Windows, IIS, Apache servers

Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs

Experience with Incident Management Processes

ITIL or other service-oriented certification Strongly Preferred

Candidates with Python Scripting & Google Cloud knowledge are highly preferred

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement controlled changes

Ability to evaluate and discern issues and make the proper judgment call to escalate for resolution

Ability to work independently or under only general direction

MUST be ready to work in shifts covering 24x5 and weekend on-call

Shift, on-call & overtime allowance applicable

 

Key Skills:

Applications written in the following technologies are needed to be supported. Having knowledge of any of these technologies is an added advantage

C#

ASP.NET

WCF

MVC

.Net

Web API, RESTful Web API

MS SQL

 

Good to Have:

Experience with: .Net framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF

Experience with: MS SQL 

Web API, RESTful Web API
