Broadridge is currently seeking for a Project Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by organizing project activities and ensuring all elements are up to date using Broadridge Tools. You will work closely with the project team to enhance efficiencies and facilitate seamless project execution.
Summer Internship: May 2025 - August 2025
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Coordinators to identify process improvements and efficiencies
Develop dashboards using Automated Intelligence (AI) to support Release Coordinators in client deliveries
Prepare artifacts to assist the team in utilizing AI and developed efficiencies
Provide assistance on various tasks related to internal processes
Reconcile reports and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education:
Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Solid understanding and experience with the wealth management industry (preferably in banking, funds, or transfer agencies)
Previous experience in an office, fast-paced environment
Focus on Automated Intelligence and building efficiencies
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
