Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Service Administrator; this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Head Office in Sandton. The role of a Client Service Administrator is to provide efficient administrative support to the business unit/branch and to support the business leaders with administrative support as and when necessary. What the day will look like Provides administrative support to the team including maintaining accurate records and files, entering data into systems Responds promptly and efficiently to instructions, requests and enquiries at all times Plans and prioritises time and work to provide and efficient service Solves administrative problems on behalf of the team Works with others to ensure tasks are completed on time, including other duties assigned when required Prioritises own work and works autonomously within defined boundaries. Skills and experience that will lead to success Qualifications. Grade 12 (matric). A post-matric qualification is preferred Must have RE for Representatives Knowledge. Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/professional discipline Computer literacy with advanced experience in MS Word and Excel. Very good knowledge of policy wordings Skills and Attributes. Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities Be computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & Excel Ability to communicate effectively Good interpersonal skills Experience.
