Responsibilities:
Resolving customer queries and requests from incoming calls and email correspondence Email and fax the accounts to the clients. General ad-hoc tasks Assist in creating and implementing client-focused strategies to improve service delivery. Report writing and data analysis. Requirements:
At least 2 years relevant experience. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Excellent client service skills. Driver’s License. Willing to work overtime if required and be on standby during off hours or on weekends to assist the clients. Deadline driven. Good verbal and written skills. Computer literate.
