Job Description Essentials:
Provide a high standard of client service and support Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist in creating and implementing client-focused strategies to improve service delivery Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required Excel in report writing and data analysis; excellent knowledge of Excel is essential Requirements and Competencies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure Ability to handle sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism Strong business writing skills and telephone manner Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills A passion for service delivery and client satisfaction Qualifications / Additional Requirements: 
Grade 12 Previous experience in a client services environment in utilities will be an advantage Knowledge of customer service principles & practices MS office literate Full-time, office-based position Overtime required as needed to meet client demands. Standby required during off-hours or weekends to assist clients with urgent issues or support requests.
