What you'll do:

As a Client Service Analyst - Level 3 - you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of large and/or complex client accounts and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base.

Read and interpret trust indentures with regards to reporting requirements

Create technical report specifications from indenture language.

Set up payment calculations in a variety of in-house systems.

Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.

As required, make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers. As required, perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing).

Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports. Coordinates with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.

Perform quality control review of reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.

Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies

Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of CLO/Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust Business.

Will likely be involved in new client pitches.

Leading and contributing to business-related projects.

What you'll need:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree (BA)and 2 or more years related experience or 6 plus years related experience in lieu of education.  Work related experience should consist of relevant client experience in the financial industry.

Ability to function in a typical office environment, engaging in activities such as writing, typing, walking, standing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), carrying, reaching, kneeling.  Ability to use a variety of computer related equipment

Ability to read documents or instruments, engage in detailed work, problem solving, reasoning, math, language, presentations, verbal communication, written communication, analytical reasoning, stress, training others, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions
