Client Service Analyst

Provide inquiries and transactional services to Corporate / Financial Institution Clients pertaining to their Account Maintenance and Cash Management. Provide supports to the Customer Service Managers to deliver quality services to the customers.
Primary Functions:
Receive and resolve phone and written (transactional, billing or check) inquiries Responsible for account maintenance Liaise with various operations hubs to ensure customers' inquiries are resolved to the satisfactory level Proper escalation on client issues / client complaints
Qualifications:
2 years working experience, preferable, but not mandatory, in client servicing in the financial industry. Good understanding on local regulations would be a plus Basic knowledge on core cash products Good interpersonal skills and communication skills Self motivated, detail oriented and client focus Good time management skills and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for meeting deadlines Strong sense of ownership
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
University graduate
Language Requirement:
Excellent written and spoken English + Chinese
