Client Service/AR Associate
*** OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH A GLOBAL GROWING FOOD INNOVATION COMPANY **** Job Description: + Assist in establishing and maintaining customer relationships through processing requests, maintaining their accounts and responding to their inquiries + Provide administrative and operational support the CS/AR Manager + Perform general administrative tasks + Track customer trends and product lines within internal system + Following up with customers on outstanding invoices or collections. + Answer and direct phone inquiries + Greet visitor and guest warmly, ensuring they are properly signed into the building and direct to the appropriate department or employee + Learn different areas of daily needs to serve as a back-up for different daily tasks when necessary + Exercise considerable judgement and discretion + Compose, type and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails, and faxes + Maintain filing system + Assist with special projects as assigned Additional Skills & Qualifications: + 2+ years of customer service experience + Proficient in MS Excel + Accounting experience - PLUS Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
