ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce reporting and documentation for all RPW clients
Facilitate quarterly back-office account management for book of business
Build and manage the CRM and Agency Management systems for RPW producers
Maintain up to date marketing databases by gathering and entering data in a timely and accurate manner
Field servicing calls from RPW clients as needed
Oversee document control for all RPW clients in HUB Heartland
Schedule client reviews and organize 401k education efforts
Build out the marketing and presentation pieces used in education efforts
Organize the annual cadence of meetings with clients, both virtual and in office
Assist with the preparation of meeting materials for meetings using Microsoft Office and proprietary reporting systems
Prepare client meeting agendas
Assist with client events, client support and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
4-year degree from an accredited University.
3-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance or employer benefits
Knowledge and experience working with retirement plans and investments
Active financial services licensure is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Prior experience with financial systems, proprietary software and CRM software is highly preferred
Comfortable speaking with people in group settings or over the phone
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Project management experience simultaneously working on several projects with varying timelines and degrees of difficulty
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work and solve problems independently and without oversight
