Benefits & Perks:Compensation: $35 to $40/hour Please note, this role will be hybrid (3 times a week). Candidate must live in Ontario or Nova Scotia or Quebec.Responsibilities:Handling Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers, and addressing their questions, concerns, or issues.Providing Information: Supplying customers about products, services, policies, and procedures.Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Qualifications:Financial service knowledge.1-3 years call center experience (preferably collections / payment).1-3 years of a client service background.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
