An investment services company in Pittsburgh is seeking a Client Service Associate to their team! We are searching for somebody who has experience providing administrative support in the financial services industry. This position offers competitve pay, room for growth, and the opportunity to join a highly established organization.

Responsibilities:

Opening and maintenance of client accounts and recordsCoordinate scheduling, answer phone calls, and handle other day-to-day tasks to support the advisor and ensure seamless operationsPerform various administrative duties (i.e., typing, filing, mailing documents/letters, etc.) and other duties and projects as assignedProviding overall customer service support to clients

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in business admin, finance or similar area3 or more years of administrative experience in a financial settingExperience with CRMs and Portfolio Management platforms is a plus! Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skills
