The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, ethical, passionate about clients, and dedicated to exceeding performance standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to: · New client onboarding · Ongoing client service and communication · Money movement · Client correspondence, including scheduling meetings · Preparing paperwork for client meetings **Qualifications and Skills** · Knowledge of investments and financial back-office operations · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Competency in Microsoft Office programs · A self-starter able to work independently, manage time, and help the team meet deadlines · A positive, forward-thinking attitude, pleasant temperament · Ability to be flexible and a great sense of humor is both welcome and appreciated **Education:** · Bachelor's degree preferred _Fleishel Financial Associates and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James; not employees of Raymond James.
