Premier South Shore Massachusetts Equine Veterinary Practice is seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Client Service Representatives to support our diverse clients and skilled veterinarians. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client communications via phone, email, and text. Schedule appointments with precision and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service. Use Practice Management software to document all interactions. Handle accounts receivable: Send invoices and statements. Discuss balances with clients. Collect and process payments. Process payments, email invoices, and provide receipts. Prepare client estimates as instructed by veterinarians. Organize and scan documentation into client records. Prepare and send postal correspondence. Maintain office organization, including stocking brochures and ensuring cleanliness. Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Veterinarians.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Mature professional with several years of client-facing experience in a service or retail setting. Skilled in accounts receivable, including client outreach via phone, text, and email. Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to excel in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with equine terminology and hands-on horse experience is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficient in computer systems, tablets, and cloud-based software. Able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (7:45 AM – 1:00 PM).
