What You Will Be Responsible For

The Client Service Delivery Specialist will be responsible for:  

Managing Client Relationship – the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all client stakeholders, understanding their needs and acting as a point of contact for escalations/concerns.Coordinating Service Delivery – the candidate will ensure the shared service teams deliver on all SLA requirements making certain that the services are provided on time, within scope and meet the quality standards.Issue Resolution – the candidate will be responsible for handling any problems that arise during the delivery of the agreed upon services, resolving conflicts, and ensuring client satisfaction in the remediation process.Monitoring Performance – the candidate will be responsible for tracking service delivery metrics across the various shared service teams, reporting on performance, and identifying opportunities for improvements to enhance overall service efficiency.Continuous Improvement – the candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and working with internal teams and the project team to enhance the overall client service delivery experience.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in client facing or service delivery role preferredA College/University or Master’s degree in Business or Finance   Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Project Management Tools such as JiraCertified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) or Certified Professional Customer Experience (CCXP) certifications a plus

Salary Range:

$114,700 - 194,900 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
