Client Service Delivery Specialist
We provide complex support in choosing the best healthcare insurance as well as risk management products, in accordance to our clients’ needs and objectives. The main activities include reviewing the market, making insurers’ offer analyses, drafting reports and performing calculations. This work is primarily carried out through the use of the Health & Benefits web based system (TBS), which is used to store all plan information and acts as an interface between insurers, clients and ourselves. As a Specialist, your goal will be to provide administrative and analytical support for the UK brokers’ team in terms of available insurance policies, but also for implementing new solutions and innovations to facilitate our process! Our office is located in Cracow, and we offer hybrid work setting. What the day will look like Drafting reports for the consultants in the United Kingdom Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues Acting as an escalation point for process, products related issues driven by daily operations Identifying areas of non-value-added activities and potential efficiency gains Making sure that the level of service is continuously improving Suggesting and using tools to measure improvements Participating in and/or leading meetings to define requirements and operational needs/transition projects Designing, implementing and developing support materials for solutions to be implemented, such as procedures and training manuals Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date Coordinating and planning projects as well as ensuring the success of project’s closure How this opportunity is different UK Client Service Delivery Specialist is a perfect role if you’re looking for an opportunity that will allow you to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to implement your ideas and have an impact on the Teams’ process as a whole. Skills and experience that will lead to success In-depth knowledge of Risk & Healthcare processes and procedures (1-2 years of previous experience in service delivery, preferably within Broking area) Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel – as you’ll be using it every day Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements – we are always willing to innovate and facilitate our processes. Ability to identify risks and an eye for detail – as you’ll be working with big amounts of data and analyze it on the basis of its alignment to the clients’ needs. Excellent time management and organizational skills – as you’ll sometimes have to work on few projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills with customer focus – as you’ll be the point of contact to the UK Team, clients and other team members.
