The Client Service Manager will have the following main responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end projects for key international clients, from initial briefing to final presentation, dealing internally with the project management team and leading the client conversations. Collaborate with the creative advisors team to analyze data, uncover actionable insights, and develop impactful recommendations that drive client success. Craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership and deliver impactful insights to clients. Present results with impact to clients when possible. Become an expert in advertising research, learning Ipsos methodologies, narratives and approaches to be seen as a trusted creative advisor for the clients.
The desired skills and experiences to become a client service manager:
Essential:
University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
Minimum 5 years of professional experience within market research agencies
Strong market analysis skills, from data to insights
Excellent English skills
Manage multiple projects, liaise with a variety of different internal and external contacts.
Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client.
Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit
Collaborative and supportive mindset
Desirable
International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
Passion for creativity, advertising, touch points, media, digital with professional experience in the domain
