A day in the life.
As an Associate Consultant on the Retirement Services team, you’ll support our Consultants and help out with different tasks. You'll be responsible for things like getting materials ready for client meetings, attending meetings to keep track of tasks and deliverables, and joining client project calls. You'll also be involved in coordinating changes to investment plans, creating and updating summaries for clients, and assisting with things like RFPs and benchmarking materials. You'll be interacting with service providers and other external contacts, so good communication skills are important. When it comes to bringing on new clients, you'll be coordinating the collection and review of agreements and documents, and sometimes leading implementation calls. And finally, you'll be helping out with maintaining committee documentation for provider and investment committees.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Three to five years of retirement related work experience. Record keeping experience a plus.FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 or 7 and 66 licensures encouraged and may be a requirement for advancement.Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint) with strength in analyzing and synthesizing data. Familiarity with Salesforce a plus.College degree preferredShared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration Passion, Innovation, Accountability
