We will count on you to:

The Client Service Officer acts as the intermediary between Mercer Financial Advice clients and Financial Advisers. The primary focus of this role is to manage client relationships while supporting the Financial Advice team in providing our clients with quality adviceField incoming client phone calls responding to and following through with client queriesPrepare Financial Review Documents detailing clients’ investment portfolio, performance and ongoing feesLiaising with fund managers and maintaining client portfolios through financial planning softwarePreparing and finalising advice documents and implementing recommendations. Completing fund manager application forms and tracking the implementation processAssisting to prioritise Financial Adviser’s client contact to meet clients’ expectations, making appointments for new and review clientsEnsure end of month process is finalised and reporting on financials is up to dateMaintaining the CRM system and ensuring a focus on continuous improvement

What you need to have: 

RG146 completionIdeally 2 years’ experience working in a financial planning practiceA demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer serviceExperience working in a busy team environmentAttention to detail is highly important for this roleExcellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various service standards and deadlinesAdvanced skills in Outlook, Word and ExcelStrong numeric skillsFocus on continuous improvementStrong work ethic and driveClear communication skillsAbility to work on numerous different systems at one time
