Overview The Branch Client Service Manager II is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts within a Branch that consistently meets or exceeds CSO revenue benchmark expectations. This role reports directly into either the Branch Client Service Director or the Branch Client Service Supervisor. How you'll make an impact Work closely with Team members in all aspects of providing excellent service to clients. Service and Insurance activities include, but not limited to: Market new personal lines business by quoting through carrier portals. Market Course of Construction or Builders Risk coverage for clients when needed. Manage renewal timelines for policies requiring applications (non-auto renew) & prepare renewal documents when needed, including Surplus Lines forms. Remarket existing client accounts when required. Evidence of Property Insurance issuance, based on existing coverage. Request or input online personal lines policy changes Claim reporting and monitoring as may be required. Maintain accurate & thorough records in agency management database (Applied Epic) Monitor and follow up on current and outstanding items, including regular review of assignments and deadlines with team members. Written communication regarding loss control requirements to clients, follow up on status of compliance, negotiate with underwriters if needed, answer related questions, and submit compliance documentation to underwriting. Attend team meetings to keep abreast of workflow needs. Response/assistance to client billing questions. Comply with client requests for assistance, information, or documentation. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License (P&C). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial competence. Proficient in using technology as a tool to improve efficiency and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
