In this role, you will support the Business Operations Manager to deliver Operational and Client Excellence across all practices and processes with the Public Sector and Education (PSE) Region, ensuring that activities are efficient, compliant and profitable. You will work to support operational practices that underpin PSE strategy and client outcomes, drive operational innovations and meet regulatory and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for integrating agreed activities into the PSE Offices, supporting the Business Operations Manager in creating a roadmap for continuous improvement within a complex trading sector. Open to candidates nationwide on a homeworking/remote basis. However, a level of travel will be required within but not limited to the following offices: Manchester, Birmingham, Swindon, Chelmsford, London, and Guildford. How you'll make an impact Support in the delivery of operational efficiency and Client Excellence across the PSE Region through effective creation of end-to-end process flows & guides in respect of key client service deliverables Maintain an outlook of continuous improvement, to enhance the client experience with a focus on Consumer Duty outcomes and development of regional best practices Preparation of operations and conduct performance data, updates and meeting / presentation materials to provide insights into trends and areas for improvement aligned to Client Excellence Undertake Partner Assurance operational support activities as required by the regional teams, including drafting Delegated Authority renewal documentation, actioning insurer setups and facilitating framework agreements Monitoring of insurer KPIs, in accordance with the Delegated Authority agreements and underwriting frameworks, reporting analysis to the Regional Underwriting Manager and Business Operation Manager. Submission and management of changes to Business Operations in respect of business approved client service & operations updates Support in the preparation and testing of template & process updates associated with the AJG Trinitas and AJG Community product targets, analysing opportunities to deliver client service efficiencies through Acturis enhancements and sharing this with the Business Operations manager for the wider PSE client base Develop maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Compliance, Finance, Conduct, Insurers etc. Support the Business Operations Manager with the management, administration and reporting associated with Procurement Frameworks Support the Business Operations manager with IBA reporting, meeting and MI preparation About You Previous experience gained in the insurance sector, with relevant experience of business operations models and delivering excellent client service. Experience of working within the Financial Services / Insurance sector and/or Public Sector or Education organisations would be an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem solving and decision-making skills, with knowledge of using M365 tools and Power BI. Ability to communicate complex information to non- technical stakeholders/clients both written and verbal. Knowledge of the UK financial regulation practices and risk management within the insurance sector. Previous experience of working within the public sector, education or procurement environment would be an advantage. Initiative skills, working in a deadline driven environment.
