We are currently seeking a full time Client Service Representative to join our team!
MissionVet is a rapidly growing specialty and emergency hospital. We provide advanced care for San Antonio pets on a referral basis from primary care veterinarians. Our staff of Client Service Representatives/ Our Call Center Service Representatives will greet and check in clients, answer phones, check out, organize medical records, and contribute towards general marketing of the practice.
Responsibilities: Answer a high demand of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.Schedule appointments.Operate basic office machines.Process payments, reconcile payments.Utilize Microsoft Outlook, and organize files.
We need individuals who are quick thinkers, thrive in a fast paced environment, and multitask effectively.
This is a fulltime position, currently we are seeking for a variety of shifts which include weekdays, weekend days, and for all evening shifts.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent Flexible schedule is required. Two years of medical, veterinary, or dental office client service is recommended, but not required. Work Location:One locationWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-time
