CentiMark Corporation, the National Leader in Commercial & Industrial Roofing, is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Roofing Client Service Representative to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across our 100+ locations in the US and Canada.

Job SummaryBe the first point of contact for our valued customers, receiving and processing roofing work ordersProvide clear and timely updates, estimated arrival times (ETAs), and findings to keep customers informed throughout the processBuild strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with our internal offices across North AmericaEducate customers on their roofing needs based on information relayed from our field officesEffectively address customer questions and concerns, finding solutions and ensuring satisfactionCommunicate and collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Management to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolutionConduct professional conversations with customers via phone and emailTrack roofing quote opportunities within our CRM (Salesforce) and follow up with customers to secure approvalsWork collaboratively as a team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction for all clients
Candidate QualificationsThrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding customer expectationsPossesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalDemonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyHas a keen eye for detail and accuracyProficiency in using a CRM system (like Salesforce) is a plusExperience in the roofing industry is preferred, but not required
