Client Service Representative

CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our brand new, state of the art, Business Aviation Training facility in Las Vegas.

We have multiple shifts available:

Weekends requiredFriday - TuesdayThursday - MondayHours may vary between 7am - 6pm based on business needs

The Client Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling an array of client-facing duties. The CSR will be the main point of contact for any/all customer service requests. Their focus will be to interact with customers in person, over the phone and via email.  They must maintain a high level of professionalism.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail and process oriented, and able to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers. This position will have a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction through leveraging internal relationships to help achieve client retention.

Primary Responsibilities

Experienced in providing seamless support to all levels including C-level executivesContacts clients for pre-training introductionAssists with troubleshooting and provides necessary training materialsArranges to collect client check in documents prior to arrivalDelivers hospitality items and check in badges with schedules to local hotelsEnsure classroom is properly set up and materials are availableGreet clients at check in to the training centerProvides executive level support during their training eventOrganize meetings and ensure they are coordinated, placed on Outlook calendars, etc.Will offer NATA approved fingerprinting and receive necessary TSA approvalsWill become a Notary Public and adhere to the rules associatedExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredMeticulous attention to detailActs as liaison for the client between various internal departmentsTraining Center is open 24/7, schedule may vary based on business need

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High School graduate or equivalentTwo-year degree highly preferredHotel, concierge, travel or customer service experience preferredExpert level Experience in Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint with emphasis on MS Outlook and TeamsComfortable providing support to Clients on Apple products and iOs applicationsAdept at utilizing and learning multiple software platforms

Able to process sensitive data and correspondence with uncompromised integrity and confidentiality.           Can easily build rapport with clients and stakeholders both in person and in writing.An expert communicator who can listen effectively to find the root cause of issues and communicate in a clear and friendly way to ensure positive results.Professional appearance and dress requiredAlways maintains a positive and consummately professional demeanor with ability to instill the trust and engagement of others.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time up to 8-9 hours per dayAbility to pick up 30 lbs. or lessStooping, squatting may be requiredAbility to be on the phone for long periods of time
