Our fast-paced and supportive environment ensures pets receive the best medical attention, and our Client Service Representatives (CSRs) play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team during evening shifts and every other weekend. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing phone calls, scheduling, and check-ins while ensuring a seamless client and patient experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Providing an excellent customer experience to every client that enters our facility. Includes greeting visitors, answering telephones, and assisting clients throughout their visit
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments and assisting with credit applications
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

• Assist with keeping facility clean and organized at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least one year of proven past experience providing excellent customer service
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Compassion for pets and people—as well as awareness and understanding of others’ reactions
• Proven decision-making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action
• The ability to integrate new information into problem-solving
• Proficiency in learning new computer software programs as needed
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste
