Client Service Representative

Compensation - $20-22/hr

At Animal Diagnostic Clinic-Dallas, we are looking for a full-time Client Service Representative for our hospital. Our hospital is a top leader in specialty veterinary medicine offering board certified specialists in Oncology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Emergency Critical Care. Our hospital is a fast paced environment and we are looking for a positive, energetic, self-starting individual with fantastic client service experience to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Check in & out clients, answer phone calls, and collect payments.Schedule new and existing client appointmentsTriage emergency referralsGain an understanding of pharmaceuticals and disease processesProcess end of dayRead and respond to all communication in a timely mannerAttend leadership meetingsMust be positive, motivated, and dependable

Physical Requirements:

Any allergies to animals must be controllable through medication.Must be able to lift 40 pounds.Must be willing to work long or irregular hours under pressure conditions.This position requires the ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day.Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directions.Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone.
