VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Specialty (CAVES) is looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
About Us:VCA CAVES is a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital committed to providing high-quality care for pets and outstanding service for pet owners. Our team works together to support clients and their pets during stressful situations with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and check them in for appointments or emergency visitsAnswer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide hospital informationProcess payments and handle financial transactionsMaintain accurate client and patient recordsAssist with client communications, including follow-ups and discharge instructionsSupport the hospital team in creating a welcoming and organized environmentWhat We’re Looking For:✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔️ Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
✔️ Compassionate and empathetic approach to pet owners
✔️ Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or customer service fields (preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
