Key Responsibilities:Greet clients and check them in for appointments or emergency visitsAnswer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide hospital informationProcess payments and handle financial transactionsMaintain accurate client and patient recordsAssist with client communications, including follow-ups and discharge instructionsSupport the hospital team in creating a welcoming and organized environmentWhat We’re Looking For:✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills
