Corporate Issuer business involves the processing and distribution of proxy materials to investors in equity securities and mutual funds, as well as the facilitation of related vote processing. Corporate Issuer business also provides the distribution of regulatory reports and corporate action/reorganization event information, that help the clients meet their regulatory compliance needs.
In addition, Broadridge provides financial information distribution and transaction reporting services to both financial institutions and securities Issuers. Provide support to Card Creation team on new cards, changes and uploads. Custom Product Solutions Team involves in creating auto or manual Proxy card, Notice and Beneficial Voting Instruction Forms and upload into mainframe for printing and distribution services. The ideal candidate will be working on our Client Facing team managing internal and external clients as well as checking the accuracy of forms and entering data into a tracking database. Candidates should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person and virtually to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creation of voting proxy documents and approval process using Adobe suite of software products
Candidate must be computer savvy and capable of learning new software applications with relative ease
Must have client service experience. Candidate will communicate directly with clients as well as internal departments
Must be comfortable working within a team while managing their own workload
Must maintain a high level of productivity, quality, and customer service standards while adhering to strict deadlines
Candidate must utilize great time management skills to handle extremely high seasonal volumes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional business environment
Strong client service background
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong business acumen
Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritizes task, and effectively manages time
Experience with Adobe products
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and working knowledge of Outlook and Access
Hourly salary: $25 - $31 per hour. Bonus Eligible.
