Overview
We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. This position will directly report to the Branch Manager PC and is responsible for Quality Assurance of services provided in the client care setting, customer service and sales support for Gentiva Personal Complete and document all Supervisory Visits for the Branch in compliance with the schedule outlined in the PHCA Policies and Procedures.
Point of contact for customer service for clients Communication with client/responsible party for coordination of service plan. Introduction of new PCAs for all schedule changes with clients. Responsible for following existing client appreciation efforts such as sending out birthday, holiday, sympathy cards, client of the month, etc, as well as coming up with new ideas to appreciate clientsDocuments all client communications in Matrix. Collaborates with Branch and Staffing Manager/s to resolve client concerns, prevent unnecessary discharges, and aid in customerCompensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Salary Range - $20/hr to $25/hr
About You High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years previous office experience and knowledge of filing Two – five years customer service experience preferredKnowledge of Matrix. Familiar with State and Federal laws pertaining to the industry as well as labor laws. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Extensive telephone use is required. Local car travel is required. Must read, write and speak fluent English.
