A day in the life.

As our Client Service Representative on the Personal Lines team, you’ll provide personalized insurance support to clients through phone, email, and in-person interaction. We are looking for a Personal Lines Client Service Representative who is hard-working, team-oriented, and a skilled communicator. This individual will conduct policy reviews annually and as needed, help support client change requests, answer policy questions, serve as point-of-contact for ongoing client support, field claim calls and provide billing assistance as needed.

Past Account Executive experience with Personal Lines InsuranceKnowledge of personal insurance policies and coveragesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPast or current experience with Account Management Systems such as TAM, EPIC, Applied, etc.
