Client Service Representative - VCA County Veterinary Hospital

We're willing to train the right person. We are proud to AAHA Accredited, all team members are Fear Free Certified, full service general practice including wellness, surgery and cold laser therapy. We have been serving our Princeton community for 30+ years. Why We Need You As the face of VCA County Veterinary Hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The Client Service Representative is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for: Customer Service functions, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering questions regarding products and services, general client education on providing the best care for their companion, managing medical records, general hospital maintenance and the opportunity to learn everyday.
