We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role as Client Service Specialist you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.
Supporting the Construction team in Sydney, this is a great entry level opportunity for recent graduates wanting to kickstart their career, or a junior administrator wanting a change into the insurance world.
We will count on you to:
Consistently use the required IT Applications to maintain compliance, accuracy, and workload, contributing to resource allocation and process improvement.Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of client transactions including but not limited to:invoices and related policy accounting documentationquotation and placing slipspremium and adjustment calculationsinformation and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetingsdraft policy wordings and endorsements.Support the achievement of high levels of client satisfaction through effective administrative support to Account Brokers.Support effective working relationships with clients and insurers as required by the Account Brokers.Ensure that accurate up-to-date records on all clients are maintained at all times.Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients.What you need to have:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong administration and organizational skills.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a fast learner of other computerized systems.Ability to work under pressure and possess an understanding of the importance to meet deadlines through effective time management skills.Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results and able to work autonomously as well as be a team player.What makes you stand out:
High School Certificate or equivalent.Experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.Why join our team:
