A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the Aviation team, you’ll assist in the servicing of accounts, handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process and effectively communicating with the Senior Aviation Client Executives for their assigned book of business. The Client Service Specialist, Aviation, is also responsible for maintaining the Agency Management Systems.

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years customer service experience required.Associate’s degree preferredStrong preference is given to candidates with experience or background in aviationAbility to obtain Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hireStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 productsStrong computer/software competencyExcellent customer service and phone etiquetteAbility to work well in a team environment

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Exceptional attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skills
