Voyage Financial Advisors, an established financial services practice for Thrivent Financial in Central Wisconsin is looking for a full-time Client Services Administrator (CSA) focused on application processing and related work to support our clients and their Financial Advisors. If you have a heart for service and a passion for helping others, we’d like to connect with you.Client Service Administrator (CSA) position is critical for achieving leverage of our clients and Financial Advisors’ time. The role supports daily operations of the practice by preparing and completing post meeting work, responding to client service requests, maintaining client information, and other administrative tasks as assigned. It requires a friendly demeanor, strong attention to detail, high production capacity, and effective written and verbal communication skills. This role will be based out of one of our offices in Stevens Point, Wausau, or Eau Claire.
This position compensates between $42,000-45,000 annually dependent upon experience. Benefits include: options for life and health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, IRA with match.

Role Responsibilities:
Uphold the mission and vision of the company in all interactions.Prepare electronic and paper applications as directed for client accounts and policies including, but not limited to; Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, Annuities, Mutual Funds, Brokerage, etc.Research and fulfill internal and external company requirements to complete ACATS/Non-ACATS transfers, 1035 exchanges, conversions, premium payments, distributions, and contribution requests.Prepare and coordinate a wide variety of internal and external financial transaction forms for wet ink and/or electronic client signature.Prepare for client meetings and related services.Assist Financial Advisors and Planners with suitability and compliance requirements.Research and report on inquiries regarding client accounts and policies.Verbal or written communications with prospective or existing clients regarding accounts, policies, and financial matters.Assist Management, Financial Advisors, and Planners in verbal and written correspondence with Thrivent home office staff.Learn, become proficient, and adapt to changes in Thrivent’s insurance and investment product offerings.Learn, become proficient, and adapt to changes in Thrivent’s many systems including, but not limited to; Salesforce, Docupace, DocuSign, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DST Vision, ipipeline, TaxPort, and Microsoft Sharepoint.Obtain, organize, maintain, protect, and manage secure private and confidential data within our systems.Teach clients how to register and access their accounts and statements online.Identify and help develop procedural process efficiencies in application and forms preparation and completion.Attend all applicable Thrivent office professional trainings and periodic product specific meetings.Attend client meetings to assist Financial Advisors with applications, forms, and meeting notes dictation as needed.Prepare files and folders for client meetings when other Office Professionals are out of the office.Support the preparation of correspondence, reports, and special projects as assigned.Complete other duties as assigned.Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, accounting, information technology, or related field preferred.3-5 years of previous banking, life insurance, annuity, investment, accounting, and/or other financial services industry experience preferred.Experience in working within a CRM is preferred (e.g. Salesforce).Ability to complete a work queue of 15-30 tasks assigned daily and maintain a high quality of work.Knowledge of IRS registration types, insurance and investment transfer and exchange transactions, and basic financial accounting concepts preferred.Competency to read and identify critical information from financial account statements, insurance policies, tax documents, and key legal documents (trusts, Durable POAs, release of information authorizations, etc.).Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with all internal and external staff, departments, and organizations.Must maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information and compliance with all internal and external rules and regulations.Strong technical computer aptitude with knowledge of general business tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint).Ability to learn and develop independently with training and support from resources provided by Thrivent.As part of Voyage Financial Advisors' recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process. In addition, fingerprints will be taken for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for review against nationwide fingerprint records.
