Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Client Services Administrator based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role lies within the financial services industry and involves working with a wealth management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier client service, executing administrative tasks, managing schedules, and collaborating with the team to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and effectively to client requests and concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Execute various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
• Efficiently use Microsoft Excel for creating and updating reports, managing data, and conducting analytics.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure our clients’ needs are met and identify potential opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications.
• Participate in team meetings and projects aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, familiarize yourself with industry regulations, and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Liaise with other team members and departments to resolve client inquiries or issues.
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Utilize your administrative experience and knowledge of boutique investment to enhance service delivery. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of Client Services Administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Prior administrative experience is essential
• Knowledge of Financial Services is necessary
• Experience in a Boutique Investment setting is a plus
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Professional and ethical conduct in handling confidential information.
