Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for dealing with queries and complaints i.e. dealing with incoming calls, returning calls, following up on requests, translating written correspondence into English etc.
Required Skills Xhosa, English, Zulu, Sotho, Tswana, Pedi Candidate Requirements
Must have:
Grade 12
Credit and criminal clear
Min 1 year customer service experience within a call centre environment essential
Able to speak, read and write (you will be assessed): Sotho or Tswana or Pedi plus English, Xhosa and Zulu this is not negotiable.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
