Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Client Services Analyst to join their Darien, CT team. The hours are 8:30/8:45am-5:30pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in office and one day remote.

Responsibilities:

Interface with investors, clients, and external service providersWrite professional responses to investors/clients seeking answers to questionsSupport senior team members in planning and preparing for investor and prospect meetingsWrite, edit, and proofread detailed RFPs and RFIsEdit and update marketing materials for all fund and service offeringsResearch industry publications and databases to support marketing efforts; read and learn to understand legal disclosure documentsCreate and update reports using the company systemsPerform detailed analyses on industry topics, competitors and client investment portfolios

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required1-2+ years relevant experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with DealCloud.com or a similar CRM system preferred
