Overview BridgePort is a national RIA firm that supports fee-only independent advisory firms in the pursuit of building enduring businesses. The Client Services Consultant will work closely with BridgePort advisors to provide service to clients. This position is responsible for improving workflow, communication, and relationships with advisors and clients. Essential Duties Enhance knowledge of Orion financial software applications Understanding and communication of policies and procedures including custodial firm’s policies and procedures. Complete workflow and paperwork review Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance day to day process and procedures Assemble, deliver, & process account paperwork for advisors; and update information in Bridgeport’s Orion software and other web-based programs and/or software accordinglyParticipate as an active member of the service team by providing courteous inbound and outbound service Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously Prepare correspondence and other necessary documents in different mediums for clients and advisors. Processing, overseeing, and communicating successful completion of requests and transactions, such as opening accounts, account transfers, cash management, etc. Problem solving and communicating with teams to resolve issues. Assist where needed with marketing and client appreciation events. Education & Experience Two or more years related experience and/or training. Certificates & Licenses Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
