Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support a group in their Century City office. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm (some flex for OT) and this role is five days in the office.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests, handle mail and monitor phonelinesAssist with Zoom, Teams and WebEx meetingsMaintain office equipment such as copiers, printers and fazesLiaise with office vendors and building managementAssist with new hire on-boardingManage conference rooms, catering and visitor needsAd hoc duties and projects to assist the office administrator

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in an office roleBachelor's degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookClient services experience is a plusHighly organized and accurate professional capable of handling confidential/sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Compensation/Benefits:
