Client Services Coordinator
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator in Ontario, California. The role lies within the sales and brokerage industry and will be based in a physical workplace. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to marketing efforts. Responsibilities: • Oversee the creation and revision of marketing materials such as brochures and campaign logics • Participate in the production of digital marketing content in collaboration with a team • Handle the distribution of internal and external marketing information • Conduct basic financial analysis and understand financial terms and principles • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring high levels of accuracy • Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors • Prepare proposals, presentations, and communication materials for various audiences • Carry out internet research and web publishing tasks as needed • Manage calendar and schedule appointments, taking into account conflicting priorities • Act as a liaison between different departments and groups of sales professionals • Comply with company accounting policies and local and national laws when processing broker's commission payments • Maintain brand awareness and client messaging in all activities. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Marketing, with a keen understanding of brand awareness strategies and advertisement creation • Proficiency in Documentation and Procedure implementation, ensuring all processes align with law regulations • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, managing calendars for team members and clients • Strong research skills with the capacity to perform ad hoc financial analysis as required • Experience with database management and design, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and updated • Capable of creating compelling presentations for clients and team members • Familiarity with internet-based tools for research and communication • Experience in production and correspondence, particularly within the property and real estate sectors • Excellent liaison skills with the ability to manage complaints and queries professionally • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly in creating specifications and documents • Experience in financial analysis, with the ability to make informed suggestions based on data • Ability to manage conference calls, ensuring all participants are informed and able to contribute • Experience in real estate, with a keen understanding of property management and related procedures TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
