This position may require occasional travel between the Charlotte and Charleston offices. **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage and Marketing Coordinator to support our team of five senior brokers in our Charlotte and Charleston offices focused on Multifamily Investment Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including travel arrangements, expense management, client event planning, and other day-to-day coordination duties. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the coordination of property marketing campaigns, manage social media engagement for the overall regional team, and oversee team annual budgeting. **What You'll Do:** + Coordinate travel arrangements for senior brokers, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. + Manage and process expense reports for senior brokers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. + Plan and organize client events, including scheduling, venue selection, catering, and logistics. + Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior brokers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence. + Assist with marketing activities, such as creating and distributing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and updating the company website. + Assist in the coordination of property marketing campaigns. + Manage social media engagement for the overall regional team, including content creation, posting, and interaction with followers. + Oversee team budgeting, including tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. + Maintain and update client databases and contact lists. + Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. **What You’ll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + Associates degree (A.A.) preferred. + 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals + 2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred. + Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis. + Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required. + Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign. + Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
