KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Accounts lead by Account Managers and Sr. Managers alikeTimely and satisfactory execution of administration of client programs, contributing to client satisfaction and the achievement of client and Rakuten Advertising revenue goals.Monitoring affiliate queues to ensure timely queue management by Affiliate ReviewersSupporting partner outreachLearning and understanding how to use our technologyManaging internal resources using them effectively and helping Account Managers provide a high level of service for the clientInteracting with clients daily via phone and emailReviewing a selection of partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities
