They are responsible for day-to-day supervision of the team and provide coaching, training and develop of their staff. Works closely with Business Partners (Fiserv and Bank of America) to maximize revenue and increase overall portfolio profitability and customer satisfaction. Managers are a strategic part of ensuring the line of business reaching all the goals set forth by Fiserv. A manager may be involved in projects which require them to lead and/or play key roles in in these efforts. + **Essential Functions** + Develop and maintain high performing associates (Team of 15-20) by: Providing timely, direct, and actionable feedback to associates + Navigates difficult situations with ease and positivity, and helps others to overcome their concerns + Let’s associates know where they stand with respect to strengths and development needs and is willing to take swift action on personnel issues + Aligning business goals with associate/client needs to create win/win situation + Builds trust and instills confidence through ongoing communications with peers, manager, direct reports and key stakeholders + Achieves all goals set for department and makes a strong positive impact to the client experience + Assigned projects show positive impact to client, associates or business partners and the leader is adept at moving ideas form concept implementation (Speed to Market) + Improve Client Experience through a sincere focus on process improvements, associate empowerment and soliciting feedback at every level + **Skills** + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Experience in managing and leading teams located in multiple sites and/or remote work environment + Experience with project development and implementation + Merchant Services industry experience + Effectively documents daily, monthly and quarterly coaching and performance of team + **Experience** + 1-3 years of experience leading and effectively coaching a team to success + High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree + 1-3 years of coaching, training, and associate develop in managerial capacity.
