The Client Services Manager will: + Provide superior customer service to the families we serve and stakeholders + Support and guide our families on their journey to obtain services for their loved one + Focus on coordination of client services and manage emergent scheduling issues when they arise + Assist the team in growing our business, enabling more children in our community to receive quality services + Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations + Effectively and positively communicate about and represent our company and services + Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics + Partner with the center's clinical leader to provide supervision and support to field employees Qualifications for a Client Services Manager: + Bachelor degree is required + Prior healthcare or relevant experience preferred + Prior supervisory experience a plus + Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) + Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position + Strong computer skills required + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills BAYADA Offers: + BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program.
