Our client, a large commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Client Service Manager to support a dynamic team and ensure the smooth operation of daily property management tasks. In this position, you would oversee providing administrative support to the property management team and maintaining relationships between the company and its tenants.
Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming experience for tenants and visitorsSupport seamless day-to-day operations of the Property Management OfficeOversee new tenant onboarding and customer service initiativesProcess invoices, manage accruals, and maintain financial recordsAssist with budgeting, rent statements, and work order billingsLead and mentor a Client Service CoordinatorQualifications:
