**What You’ll Do as a Client Services Manager:**
+ **Deliver Exceptional Service** – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability.
+ **Manage & Coordinate Care** – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination.
+ **Build Relationships** – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
+ **Grow & Expand** – Manage and proactively **increase** your caseload to help more clients in need.
+ **Collaborate & Lead** – Partner with Clinical Managers to provide **support and supervision** to field employees.
+ **Monitor Performance** – Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient **fiscal management** of your caseload.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Bachelor’s degree (Required)**
+ **Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred**
+ **Supervisory experience is a plus**
+ **Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals**
+ **Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow**
+ **Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)**
+ **Excellent communication & interpersonal skills**
