Client Services Rep I
Adecco is looking for compassionate, dedicated, empathetic individuals for our client in Tempe AZ. On Site – Holiday Pay!! Our Client has been dedicated to supporting the rights of people to live independently and with self-determination. As a Client Service Rep I, you will be in direct communication with Case Managers and Support Circle Team, Supports Supervisor and Manager through a variety of tasks. Ensuring the onboarding processes of individuals . Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Manage onboarding pipeline, client base (150+ case files) and equipment readiness. + Develop, verify, and update Support Plans and communicate with Case Managers and Support Circles. + Ensure client satisfaction, document/report issues, and handle inquiries. + Organize meetings, manage calendars, and complete administrative tasks (filing, typing, correspondence, etc.). + Maintain filing systems, CRM updates, and Box documentation. + Perform periodic audits and address billing issues. + Respond promptly to emergencies and sensitive situations. + Handle confidential information and adhere to company policies. + Provide support when needed, and report issues to management. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** + Standard 40-hour office workweek with company laptop remaining on-site. **QUALIFICATIONS:** + High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or management experience preferred. **SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** + Proficient in company policies, software systems, and state-required training. + Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in Zoom, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and virtual platforms. + Time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. + Able to handle complex situations, problem-solving, and difficult conversations. + Calm and professional under pressure, with empathy and respect for clients. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** + Strong client relationship management, communication, and independence. + Professional, responsible, punctual, and flexible. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
